Orders within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of your purchase.

Most parcels are delivered through Australia Post, and we can ship to PO boxes. Additionally, we offer a Click & Collect option from our Windsor Roastery. Below are the lead times for our available delivery options:

Free for orders over $60 Australia-wide; $7.95 for orders under $60. Delivery is expected within 5–7 working days after dispatch.* $9.95 for all orders across Australia, with delivery expected within 2–4 working days after dispatch.*

Available at our Mimolette Windsor store - 80 Punt Road, open Monday – Saturday, 6am – 2:30pm/ Sunday, 7am - 1pm. Orders typically take up to 24 hours to be prepared, and we will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup.

Note: Deliveries to more remote regional areas, as well as Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania, may take longer. All timeframes provided are estimates, and we cannot control postal delays once the goods are dispatched.

International Orders

We aim to pack and ship all international orders within one business day of receipt.

We use Australia Post for international deliveries, and we strive to provide accurate postage costs on our website. However, if there is a significant discrepancy between the estimated and actual postage cost, we will contact you to arrange for any additional payment. Please allow 5–21* business days for delivery, depending on your destination.

Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is important for customers to research any potential charges for their specific location
